KANSAS CITY (VINnews) — A dog that was left home alone inadvertently set its owner’s kitchen ablaze.
Stunning footage from a security camera inside the home shows the rambunctious pooch standing on its hind legs and turning the stove on–with its paws.
As reported on KCRA News, a pan which was left on one of the burners caught fire, sending smoke billowing everywhere.
The fire caused significant damage to the house but luckily, firefighters rescued two dogs, and no humans or canines were injured.
This is a reminder to anyone with children (or pets) that a stove can be very dangerous, and we need to be vigilant.
