FLORIDA (Yaakov M / VINnews) — President Donald Trump said in a social media post on Friday that the “nuclear weapons issue is a hoax.”

The statement, posted on “Truth Social”, came in response to a Washington Post story that the FBI was searching for the nuclear codes while raiding Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.
Trump compared the accusations to the baseless Russiagate hoax.
He wrote: “Same sleazy people involved…Why wouldn’t the FBI allow the inspection of areas at Mar-a-Lago with our lawyer’s, or others, present?”

Nuclear Codes? If they don’t change them every day, they certainly change them when a new President comes in. And does anyone think that launching nukes is like logging on to your bank, that you could do it from any computer? There’s a reason that the President has someone carrying the “football” that the President needs to access & enter the proper codes to initiate a launch. Trump is no Tzadik, but the Democrats have gone after him for the Russian thing, which was a hoax; both impeachments & the January 6th committee were partisan; & the Trump Derangement Syndrome seems to be at play yet again.

A reasonable person would understand that the codes would be changed when a new president was inaugurated.
Trump was known for not reading reports handed to him. He may very well not have know what he actually had.
