DELAWARE (Yaakov M / VINnews) — According to a bombshell report, the FBI has enough evidence to charge Hunter Biden with tax fraud and gun-related crimes.

Yet unfortunately, because Hunter is a Democrat and the president’s son, the DOJ does not appear interested in indicting him.
Amazingly, the story was first reported by the far-left Washington Post.
The Post says that FBI agents handling the criminal investigation concluded months ago that there is ample evidence to bring federal charges against Biden, but U.S. Attorney David Weiss, the Delaware prosecutor overseeing the case, will ultimately decide whether to indict.
The outlet said that the investigation into Hunter initially centered on overseas business dealings in places such as China and Ukraine, but “over time, investigators with multiple agencies focused closely on whether he did not report all of his income, and whether he lied on gun purchase paperwork in 2018, according to the people familiar with the situation.”
Copies of Hunter’s Firearms Transaction Record from 2018 reportedly show that he responded “no” to the question: “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?”
Hunter has publicly discussed his history of drug abuse. His laptop hard drive also contains extensive evidence of illegal drug use, such as crack cocaine. The gun purchase came five years after he was discharged from the Navy Reserve after testing positive for cocaine.
Lying on the firearms form is a potential felony.
In addition, Hunter Biden held a lucrative position on the board of Ukrainian energy giant Burisma when his father was vice president. He had no expertise in the energy industry, and once admitted that he only held positions like that because he was named “Biden.” In addition, while Hunter was on the board, VP Joe Biden forced Ukraine to fire the prosecutor who was investigating Burisma for corruption.
He also pursued business deals in China and elsewhere during and after his father’s tenure. Hunter raked in millions thanks to these associations.
Republican Senators Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson have demanded the DOJ launch a full investigation into Hunter Biden’s laptop.
