WATCH: Kiryat Arba Terrorist Run Over, Eliminated By Security Commander And Soldier

JERUSALEM (VINnews) — In the terror attack which occurred in Kiryat Arba on Motzaei Shabbos, the terrorist, 35-year-old Mohammed Al-Ja’abri, a member of a Hamas terror family from Hevron, opened fire at two Jews who had arrived at a local store. Al-Ja’abri was allegedly terminally ill and wanted to perform the terror attack before his death.

The two men, a father and son, were both injured, the father later dying of his wounds. He has been named as Ronen Hanania (50),  a local resident.

The son and another person were lightly injured but the security commander who treated them was later badly injured when he ran over the terrorist. An off-duty soldier who was with him succeeded in neutralizing the terrorist.

The commander, Ofer Ohana, was operated on in hospital and is in stable but serious condition.

The following clip was taken from the dashboard camera of the commander and shows how he identified the terrorist and rammed into him.
