WASHINGTON (VINnews) — In this riveting yet terrifying clip, Senator Rand Paul asks Wendy Sherman, Deputy Secretary of State, if the State Department funds coronavirus research in China. Sherman said she “does not believe so but did not know and needed to check.”

Paul then went on a tirade, explaining to Sherman that the U.S. government sends millions of dollars to the Wuhan Lab, mostly funneled through EcoHealth Alliance, and some of that funding does indeed come from the State Department.

In the past, Senator Paul has had multiple heated exchanges with Dr. Anthony Fauci over government-funded virus research in China, as well as other related topics.
There’s a reason…
1. they haven’t found a single animal host carrier matching the Wuhan strain to date
2. they haven’t got to the bottom of the c19 source despite Biden publicly promising over 2 years ago, that he would.
Why would anyone trust government scientists or public health officials ever again?
This was not a “tirade”. This was a well thought out cogent request from the government. Dr. Rand Paul has been very consistent (as usual) on this issue.
