The new law, which passed by a huge bipartisan majority of 94 against 10, would pave the way for the deportation of any Israeli citizen convicted of terrorist crimes who receives money from the PA.  The Palestinian entity encourages terror activity by making monthly payments to terrorists and their families, including Israeli Arab terrorists as well as East Jerusalem residents who hold Israeli residency rights.

The terrorist would be deported either to the Palestinian Authority in Judea and Samaria or to the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip.

According to the wording of the law, the PA’s payments to terrorists create a relationship between the PA and the terrorist, allowing for them to be deported to the PA. The Interior Minister will have 14 days to decide to revoke the terrorist’s citizenship and deport him or her.

MK Ofir Katz (Likud), one of the initiators of the bill, said prior to the vote: “The blood that was spilled, the enormous pain from it accompanies me all the time, and I feel from the bottom of my heart that such laws are our true mission as public representatives in the Israeli Knesset.”

If you can not live in a civilized way then you need to be removed from that society. We seem to forget that there never was a Palestinian nation historically

It won’t be effective. They will be paid in secret, with laundered money. Nothing but the death penalty for the first attempt will stop these animals.

Finally. But why are terrorists permitted to live? They should be eliminated, not incarcerated. If permitted to live, they should be maimed until they are not only unable to function, but a huge burden on their families and communities. Allowing these rabid animals to live with the gifts from the Israeli government is ridiculous.
