NEW YORK (VIN Podcast) — In this powerful exclusive interview, renowned lawyer Avi Schick, who has led the court battle for yeshivas against NYS’s education department, explains the recent legal victory for yeshivas and orthodox parents, which may cripple the ability of the state to penalize or target yeshivas.

For years, Avi Schick has been a ‘go-to’ attorney to represent the Orthodox Jewish community. A former deputy attorney general of New York, Avi applies his experience in bet-the-company matters, representing clients in criminal and civil investigations and enforcement actions before state and federal regulators, prosecutors and enforcement agencies.

Avi’s clients have included numerous public companies, high-profile businesses and entrepreneurs, real estate developers, senior and elected government officials, political parties, and educational and other significant nonprofit institutions.

It was also a great victory for the Islam Private schools. They will be able to indoctrinate young minds with all teachings of the Koran. They will surely learn the laws of Shariah and other extreme subjects. They will get funding from the US Govt, as a base, and also from various extremist groups.
Thanks alot.

When we say Vehie She’amdah let us have in mind how in our generation hate filled people attempted to diabolically jail us for deciding how to raise our kids. Hashem, through his hard-working shluchim, saved us from the nefarious schemes of these haters. May we be zoche to be mechanech our heiliger children and may those jealous unemployed haters never ever try to harm us and our children.

Seeing what “secular education” has become I really hope the frum world fights these laws tooth and nail. btw, I’m ex frum, and do not hate the yeshiva system despite its flaws. So I don’t really need the “yaffed” types to lecture me.
