JERUSALEM (VINnews) — Yisrael Eichler issued a sharp disassociation from the Zionist enterprise as he responded to Prime Minister Netanyahu’s claim that “G-d has not always protected us”. [The prime minister’s office later apologized and said that he had not meant to imply that G-d was incapable of protecting the Jewish nation and only intended that people should not rely on miracles.] Eichler’s words led to a storm of condemnations from numerous sectors.

Eichler said that “For over a hundred years, the G-d of Israel has been saving the land of Israel from the idols of force, the evil culture and the assimilation of the secular regime. The Zionists and partisans didn’t prevent the Holocaust in Europe.”
Eichler added that He added that “The Germans were miraculously stopped on the way to conquering the land of Israel but not due to the Zionists, who acted basely towards the Diaspora Jews. Many of the Judenrats collaborated with the Nazis, some sold their Jews to save themselves. The Zionist leadership refused to assist and harmed the “Rescue programs”, as is apparent from Min HaMetzar of Rabbi Weissmandel and other historians including Shabtai Bet Tzvi, Shmuel Tamir, Ben Hecht and others. Some of the Zionists even called the Jews in the ghettos “economic and moral dust.”
Eichler also pointed out that “Even after the Holocaust, all the Jewish immigrants in the Diaspora are living in relative peace. Only in the land of Israel is Jewish blood being spilt like water from then until now. The threat of nuclear destruction is only on the State of Israel.
He also referred to the Yom Kippur war, which proved the “feebleness and lowlines of the idols of force and the lies and botch ups of the government during the war. The former “generals” are now inciting a bloody war in the ghetto of the land of Israel. When you see who these generals are, you understand that only with miracles from Hashem are we able to survive.”
Eichler was roundly condemned for his harsh words by nearly all sectors, including Finance Minister Smotrich, Education Minister Kisch and numerous other media and political figures.

During the course of a channel 13 panel, Lieutenant-General (res.) Alon Evyatar claimed that “Galit Gutman was right, the charedim are bloodsuckers”. Evyatar claimed that they do not recognize the state in any way but are still willing to take money from it. He added that Eichler “represents a dominant opinion in the charedi community.”
National Religious social media influencer Hadar Miller lashed out at Evyatar, stating that Gutman’s statement (which she later retracted) had been an “awful statement, a shame and disgrace.”

There is only ONE hope for Israel. As the religious become the majority, they have no compultion to put their interest in front of the better of the state .They are only looking to benifit themselves, same as in America, taking all the programs, gaming the system, while not caring about the rest of society. I understand how hard it is for us charedim to admit this fact.
The hope is – a civil was or yet a better word is a coup, as who can stop these generals and army members that see this threat. We just have to wait for them to feel the danger more and get the courage to do so.
At least then our children will have a safe haven to run to, as that was the entire idea of Israel.
The truth hurts-to those anti-torah, those that dislike/hate the religious. Eichler is not wrong! Takes a lot of guts to say what he said. That being said, he’s not wrong.
Coming from Eichler who is quite a Zionist is like a breath of fresh air.
It is a must for every Frum Jew who wants to know the truth about the cold blooded Zionist during the Holocaust to read the Sefer Min HaMetzar to get a bit of a clear picture how the Zionist and its Jewish agency with tens of millions in their possession cared zero about Jewish lives.
