WATCH: Massive Pro-Hamas Protest at White House, Biden Accused of Genocide

WASHINGTON (VINnews) — A mere one-hour drive from the heart of the Baltimore Jewish community, supporters of Hamas terrorists marched in Washington D.C chanting “Allahu akbar” and accusing President Biden of genocide.

Thousands of protesters filled the streets on Shabbos afternoon, many chanting “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.” The antisemitic chant is growing increasingly popular in the wake of Hamas’ deadly terror invasion into Israel last month.

Others chanted, “Long live the Intifada”.

Marchers wore black and white keffiyehs as an enormous Palestinian flag was unfurled by a crowd that filled Pennsylvania Avenue. (DC Police told The NY Post it does not estimate crowd size.)

Many stopped outside the White House to yell for Biden to call for a ceasefire. One demonstrator even scaled the security fence around the Executive Mansion to wave a Palestinian flag, X video showed.

The event began at Freedom Plaza, before crowds began a march in a loop past the White House a few blocks away.

Speakers’ chants and messaging centered on calls to end U.S. funding for Israel in the war, accusing President Biden of backing a “genocide” of Palestinian people.

Nour Jaghama, a Palestinian organizer for the anti-war organization Code Pink, asked the crowd: “Why we can hear these words and firsthand accounts from Gaza yet the genocide still continues? Why do only 18 representatives and only one senator support a cease-fire?”

Protesters held a moment of silence for those killed in Israel’s response offensive.

Ammara Rana, 39, grew up in Maryland. As a Muslim, she said, it was emotional to see the solidarity for a Muslim-majority people.

“The unity is amazing — to see so many Americans come out — and I hope Joe Biden sees what he’s losing,” Rana said. “He’s going to lose the vote if he doesn’t do anything to stop this.”

“We all voted for him for equality,” she continued. “And if he doesn’t give everybody that right, then he’s hopefully not going to be our next president.”

Pedro Kremer, 48, was raised Jewish in Argentina and now lives outside D.C. He says he was taught that Jews seek justice “everywhere and for everyone.”

“What is happening right now is the farthest that justice can be,” he said.

According to NPR: “His stance has created a rift between family and friends, he says — even his best friend, who called him antisemitic. Kremer, who pushed his baby in a stroller during the march, said there’s no difference between the value of his son’s life or that of a child living in Gaza.”

Several vandals seized the opportunity to deface the outside gate of the Executive Mansion with red paint, smothering the white brick with blood-like hand prints.

Protesters also shattered the windows of a nearby McDonald’s, already peppered with pro-Palestinian stickers and spray paint.

The Palestinian national anthem was played over loudspeakers from the stage.

Despite the frequent antisemitic tone from the speakers, one woman, Ahlam, from Maryland2Palestine, insisted that “righteous anger is not hate, it’s love.”

“We should be angry when it’s our money going to fund these entities,” she said of the US and corporations’ support of Israel’s efforts to defeat Hamas.

Ahlam called for a continued boycott of companies like Starbucks and McDonald’s that have expressed solidarity with Israel.

“We will not get our names written on Starbucks cups while Palestinian children are writing their names on their arms so that their bodies may be identified after an airstrike!” she cried.

While the protest was happening, more than 1,000 pro-Palestinian demonstrators blocked traffic in Manhattan’s Herald Square, demanding a ceasefire, before they moved east to the United Nations, where the crowd swelled to 2,000, police sources told The Post.

how can it be allowed and tolerated to be pro terrorism in this country is horrible. if the government is not stopping these marches that means they side with this garbage in the name of “free speech” why is it that by 9-11 they didn’t tolerate tis “free speech” but when we jews are attacked all of a sudden its considered “free speech” this hypocrisy is 100 percent anti ameimitism

No no no. What those white people did at the Capitol on Jan 6th is 1000 times worse then this little peaceful “protest”. I agree with Kamala Harris and Karine Jean-Pierre. We must fight Islamophobia with all our resources. Hopefully this little protest won’t deter the FBI from going after whitey.

DC like any large City in the US has been overrun by the homeless. It’s kind of expected.

From the Washington Post story;

“Moshe Berg, an ultra-Orthodox Jew attending from Rockland County, N.Y., said the actions in Israel do not represent Jewish values. Seeing Berg’s traditionally Jewish garb but not hearing his words, a protester walked by and told him, “See you in hell.””

Photo #3 does not show any pro-Palestine flags or signs. Are we sure they are from the same event?
