I’ve noticed that the intense Tehillim reciting and prayers that were said in shul on behalf of the Jewish people and soldiers in Israel in the immediate aftermath of Simchas Torah have become shorter and lost their fervor. Some people simply leave shul now without saying these prayers at all.
