Five Soldiers Fall In Ammunition Explosion In Central Gaza Fighting

JERUSALEM (VINnews) — BDE: The IDF released the names of five more soldiers killed in battle in central Gaza Monday, in addition to the four soldiers named earlier. The five were killed in an ammunition explosion, together with Gavriel Bloom, one of the four soldiers who had been named previously.

The five soldiers are:  25-year-old Amit Moshe Shachar from Ramat Yochanan, a member of the Yahalam combat engineering unit.

– Captain Denis Krochmalov Wexler (32) from Beersheva, a member of the Yahalam  unit.

– Captain (Res.) Ron Afrimi (26) from Hod Hasharon, a member of the Yahalam unit.

– Major (Res.) Roi Avraham Maimon (24) from Afula, a paramedic in the Yahalam unit.

– Sergeant-Major (Res.) Akiva Yasinski (35) from Ramat Gan, a combat soldier from the engineering unit #8173 in the Etzioni brigade.

May their blood be avenged.
