NEW YORK (VINnews) — President Joe Biden appeared on a late night talk show this week, and the topic of Israel’s war on Gaza was brought up.

On NBC’s Late Night with Seth Meyers, Biden said that Israel must make peace with the Palestinians to survive while warning that its “incredibly conservative government”, including Itamar Ben-Gvir, would cost Israel world support.
Biden also broke the news (if true) that a temporary ceasefire in Gaza could be looming, saying that Israel has agreed to pause fighting during the upcoming month of Ramadan if a deal is reached to release some hostages held by Hamas. Although it’s not clear if Biden’s claim is accurate, it is the first confirmation that Israel has agreed to a potential cease fire before Ramadan.
The president stressed that he is a Zionist, said the “only way Israel ultimately survives… here’s the deal, they also have to… take advantage of an opportunity to have peace and security for Israelis and Palestinians who are being used as pawns by Hamas.”
A temporary ceasefire “gives us time to begin to move in directions that a lot of Arab countries are prepared to move” in terms of normalizing relations with Israel, he said.
“For example, Saudi Arabia is ready to recognize Israel,” he said, although that apparently hinges on Israel committing to take steps towards a two-state solution.
He added: “I think that if we get that temporary ceasefire, we’re going to be able to move in a direction where we can change the dynamic — and not have a two-state solution immediately but a process to get to a two-state solution, a process to guarantee Israel’s security and the independence of the Palestinians.”
Biden, who has complained about Israel’s so-called ‘right-wing’ government in the past, told Meyers that if Israel continued with the “incredibly conservative government they have, and Ben Gvir and others… they’re going to lose support from around the world. And that is not in Israel’s interest.”

Joe Biden is like a pig shows he has split hooves but pig stays pig
“…they’re going to lose support from around the world. And that is not in Israel’s interest.” Actually, Mr. President, the opposite is true. Any country or people around the world that DO NOT support Israel, will ultimately lose.
There are allot of things that he can be compared to a Zionist about, but not his love for Zion.
