The 42-year-old husband and father of five children from Lakewood, NJ, serves his country admirably, deploying to the Middle East next week, till after Pesach. As he steadfastly proves his dedication, commitment, and patriotism to his country, he has turned many an anti-Semite around, showing how frum Jews participate in protecting America.
Berdugo has also been able to protect frum pilots from having to work on Shabbos or Yom Tov. In an interview with VIN News, Berdugo, former talmid of Bais Medrash Gevohah, told us he has seen tremendous siyatta dishmaya in his efforts, and hopes to be able to continue helping Yidden, as he prepares leaves for his service in the 305th Air Mobility Wing.

Is this the same rberdugo who tought in yeshiva of flatbush amongst alot of other yeshivas?
Blue suit looks like Air Force to me, not Army.
There are many frum chaplains in the US Armed Forces these days, B”H. Several have served multiple tours in the war zones, and are being mashpi’ah on our brothers and sisters in harms way. Many of them are senior colonels, and at least one that I know personally, could make Brigadier General in a few years, BE”H.
May Hashem protect all of them and bring them home safely and in good health to their families.
A huuuuge Kiddush Hashem! May HKB”H Watch over Rav Berdugo, his family and all of Klal Yisrael, bichol makom shehaim, amen!
