An Associated Press investigation recently revealed the existence of a secret NYPD team that mapped and monitored Muslim neighborhoods in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Police documents obtained by the AP also revealed the department maintained a list 28 countries that, along with “American Black Muslim” it considered “ancestries of interest.”
In a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder this week, Democratic congressman Rush Holt says those activities could violate federal civil rights laws.
The Justice Department had no immediate comment on the request.
Hey, Rep Holt, would you rather have another 9/11. Get lost, Holt.
He’s pandering to a large New Jersey Muslim population. It’s just noise.
Let the witchhunt begin !
This is exactly why I voted against you! You are the enabler that will cause our next terrorist attack to happen in NJ…..
