Los Angeles, CA +Defendant In Spinka Rabbi Case To Surrender+

Los Angeles, CA – Diamond Merchant Moshe Arie Lazar from Los Angeles, is accused by the US government to be part of the 8 men in the Spinka charitable organization’s tax fraud and money laundering scheme. He is said to be in Israel.

VIN News has now learned that Mr. Lazar contacted the the US government to negotiate his surrender. He will be arrested within the next few days, and brought back from Israel to Los Angeles to face his charges.
