Cohen called the flier bizarre and his chief opponent in the Democratic primary said she was incensed by the anti-Semitic attack.
The flier included a contact name, "Rev. George Brooks," and a phone number in Murfreesboro, a town near Nashville and some 200 miles outside Cohen's district. [AP]
It is commendable that a person running (on opposing [political] side) should speak out against something that is wrong. It shows that person has principles, and deserves to be elected to public office. It also shows the great American way. That in order to win [an election], one mustn’t resort to gutter tactics.
