An Ocean County grand jury handed up an indictment, charging Lee Tucker of Ventura Drive with attempting to murder Rabbi Mordechai Moskowitz, 53, of Lakewood on Oct. 9.
Moskowitz, a third-grade teacher at Lakewood Cheder School, was severely beaten while walking on Princeton Avenue and Carey Street to synagogue to pray.
Tucker remains in the Ocean County Jail, unable to post $300,000 bail. [app]
Let him rot on this world and for all eternity in the imkay gehinnom!!
Yoisher,
He cant even raise $10 for a taxi ride home- have no fear…. he cant get far!!
why only $300,000.00??? He is a roitzayach by ALL means, despite the fact that he was unsuccesful in his attempt to set his own example.
Now, he must be the example!!! The entire Lakewood community MUST come out and voice their disgust over the $300K bail. It should be minimally set at $1M, this way, there’s little chance if any that he’ll ever luck out in raising the funds.
Let him rot and pay for what he did, L’oilom Vo’ed.
The Rebbi will likely suffer for the rest of his life, let him feel the pain one-thousand fold.
I hope they lock him up forever.
