So now the Boys can start making real money by suing the city for wrongfully arresting them and the people who wrongfully claimed the shul is theirs.

BigWheel, Yes they have been cleared of all charges but they will not be “cleared” of the stigma in their entire life of being one of the “26” just because some group bounced them around like a bouncing ball..

Anyone with common-sense would know that these Arrests and [criminal] charges were agenda-driven. Politics, Maybe! but not criminal.

At trial the prosecutor was trying to claim the argument that the leaders of the shul are one group over the other and therefore the boys were criminally tresspassing, but the judge read the most recent court of appeals decision that ruled that the court can’t decide who is boss over the Congregation and therefore she ruled that these boys are “INNOCENT OF ALL CRIMINAL CHARGES”

anon 10:32; its a tragedy that some people wanted to gain power and legitimacy by arresting the boys and claiming that they were tresspassers, as it was confirmed yesterday at the trial there is NO one there who can say I AM BOSS!! anybody can walk in shul and pray!!!
