    Munich, Germany – A lawyer who has spearheaded Holocaust victims' claims has been given a suspended jail term of 11 months for keeping some of the payouts.

    Michael Witti, who stood out in the German legal fraternity with his million-dollar lawsuits based on World War II, the news magazine Focus reported today.
    Witti had succeeded with claims of 10 elderly Jewish residents of the U.S. for "ghetto pensions."
    He was prosecuted after failing to pass on the money to clients. The total involved was 74,000 dollars.

    Witti remitted the payouts to his clients after the inquiry against him began. [earthtimes]

    This sounds like a previous scandal involving Lucian Kozminski who is now on the FBI’s most wanted list and his German partner “Pokorney”. This type of fraud should be immediately reported to the FBI and US Postal Authrities.
