Garden State lawmakers have been reluctant to post the bill for a vote unless they were fairly certain it would pass.
Both houses of the Legislature must pass it before it goes to the governor.
Outgoing Gov. Jon Corzine has said he would sign it. Incoming Gov. Chris Christie says he would veto it.
Lawmakers in New York on Wednesday rejected a same-sex marriage bill.
New Jersey currently has a civil unions law.

Weiss and Feldman are well-known provocateurs who kiss up to Ahmadenijad whenever they can. They’re from Monsey, not Lakewood. They also prayed for Arafat to have a speedy recovery. They’re Neturei Karta guys, which makes me wonder why they’re all into morality now. I don’t know who the third guy is, though.
why not have two things
civil union and marriage
or civil marriage and religious marriage
We need to call our legislators and remind them that we wont stand for a yes vote on this bill. Start with the State Assembly Leader (Gary Schear) he needs it!!
See when you are proponent of Neturei Karta chas v’sholem wishing and praying for the “peaceful” dissolution of Israel you lost your moral standing whether right or wrong and sonim yisroel.
Weiss is not Orthodox
