The written plea was entered in Miami for 43-year-old Mansor Mohammad Asad, of Toledo, Ohio. His next court hearing will be March 25, with a tentative trial date set for April 5.
Asad remains in custody.
He was arrested Jan. 6 and charged with threats against a public servant, disorderly conduct and resisting an officer without violence to his person. A fourth charge of criminal mischief was added Wednesday.
Police said Asad was arrested after a taxiing Northwest Airlines flight returned to a gate. Authorities said the incident didn’t appear to be terrorism-related.
Asad faces 11 years in prison.
What’s this new problem with all “Detoit bound” flights?!

Detroit has one of the largest populations of muslims in the us.
Detroit has the largest Arab population in the USA.
Detroit has the largest Iraqi population outside of Iraq itself.
Detroit has the largest Arab-Christian population in the world, outside of the Mideast.
This Arab is dangerous. He is said to be mentally deranged and his heart is filled with hate and no self-control. Deport him to his home country after his jail sentence.
If this guy gets 11 years…our justice system is way out of whack…
