Fifty-eight-year-old Francis Laskowski of Derby was charged with breach of peace Wednesday after making the comments while working at Fusco Management Co. in New Haven.

Nine people died in the shootings Tuesday at Hartford Distributors in Manchester, including gunman Omar Thornton. Thornton told police in a 911 call that he wanted to avenge racial discrimination, allegations that company officials denied.

Laskowski told The Associated Press on Friday that his comments were blown out of proportion. He says his arrest was “ridiculous” and he didn’t make any threats.

Laskowski posted bail and is due in New Haven Superior Court on Tuesday.

If they arrest people based on somebodies sympathy for killers, a good 60% to 70% of Muslims should be locked immediately.

In 1996, a lunatic from the West Indies shot up the Long Island Railroad, targeting only whites. He killed six people, and injured scores more. He was taken alive, and he also stated that whites had mistreated him, and he was out to settle the score. His defense attorney was the late William Kunstler, who stated that his defense was going to be “Black rage”. Whenever these heinous events happen, the news media always gives a pass to the shooters, by implying that Blacks cannot be biased against other groups. However, when it is the other way around, the news media labels such perpetrators as “White Supremacists” and “Racists”. Not too long ago, a number of Hispanic immigrants in Georgia were the victims of a hate motivated homicide. The killers were local Blacks. However, the news media covered those killings up, as per their modus operandi.

To enumerate the cases of media bias that sometimes resulted in race riots, would take up too much space. I will just cite a few examples; 1) The beating of Rodney King by the CHP that was shown over and over again. The result was that an innocent, White truck driver who drove through a Black neighborhood was beaten unconscious by rioting Black youths, throwing bricks at him; 2) The accident in Crown Heights, in ’91, which resulted in the death of Gavin Cato, that spun into a race riot, where blacks rampaged for Five days was partially the result of the media showing over and over again the scene where the (Black) Police officer picks up the bike of the child that died. BTW. Mr. Lipsch’s car was pushed on the sidewalk by an Olive Green Oldsmobile driven by an African American driver. As shown in the early news reports. But it was edited out later. Now, they’re hopping on the bandwagon of making excuses for this mass murderer, whose claim of racism at the company is found to be baseless.
