PIKESVILLE (VINnews) — The Pikesville Plaza building has been cleared to reopen by the Baltimore County Fire Inspector and Building Inspector, nearly onw month after it’s closure.

As previously reported by VINnews, the Baltimore area business center was closed on July 12 amid heightened concerns in the wake of the Surfside building collapse.
But now, the building has been thoroughly inspected, and the building will open once again. According to the building’s updated safety guidelines, large trucks will no longer be allowed anywhere on the property. The building will also be getting a new HVAC system.
All the tenants are now permitted entry to the building.
