Yosef Hershkop, 31, was attacked two weeks ago as he was driving on Montgomery Street in Crown Heights Wednesday afternoon with his young son in the car.
Police believe the violent assault stemmed out of a parking dispute, and not as an anti-Semitic incident.
Breaking! One under arrest in the brutal assault of @yossy770. Great work by our Volunteers in collaboration with the @NYPD71Pct Detectives. #ItsWhatWeDo
