Israel should take notice and ask why and how did this happen?
Modern up to date structures
Seemingly beautiful
Why?
Rational Ha Shem?
Poor building codes, or enforcement thereof?
Beware
So many people need to extend their Apts and do so without proper engineering security
Beware
This can G-D forbid happen here as well if not built properly.
All for the sake of saving a few bucks
Costs lives
The engineers and owners of properties destroyed have to live with this disaster on their heads
Some disasters r actually preventable
