while I was watching this clip, I didn’t understand it all the way. I don’t like when people say “am yisroel has to wake up and we have to have derech eretz”. We can not always look at the negative on klal yisroel
look around the world, always look at the good and positive things in klal yisroel. Baruch Hashem we do have derech eretz, baruch hashem am yisroel love each other, baruch hashem we do a lot of chessed for each other. baruch hashem there are amazing organizations out there for klal yisroel. baruch hashem we are healthy, baruch hashem we all daven every day and ask hashem for healthy kids and yes we do daven and ask hashem for mashiach to come!
we also have to look at the positive things not only negative!! Am Yisroel is amazing!!

..so starting with Torah..
Rebbe Eliezer says: “Hashem says fulfil the Mitzvah of Tefillin and I will consider it as though you studied Torah day and night.”
..so put on Tefillin (anytime all day, with Shema?)..
Rabbi Yochanan says in the name of the Rashbi: “The serving of study of Torah is greater than studying it.”
..so for a bonus, encourage another to put on Tefillin..
We learn from Rav Yose: “Anyone who says I only have Torah, even Torah he doesn’t have.”
..so, additionally of-course..
Rav Ashi says: “Tzedaka is equivalent to all the Mitzvos.”
..so, study the details of Tzedaka [Mishne Torah: Hilchos Matnas Aniyim, etc], then study can produce deed..
And Rav Pappa says: “One who has the deed, has the study.”
..so of-course, give, and however possible give in a better way..
The Ramban says: “Always speak calmly .. and your heart will be humble .. which will lead to awe .. and read this weekly and follow it .. to succeed in all matters .. and merit the World to Come..”
..so, read Igeres HaRamban once a week..
Put on Tefillin daily, study Hilchos Tzedaka, give accordingly, read Igeres HaRamban weekly.
