West Bank Terror Victim Identified as Elan Ganeles HY”D of West Hartford, CT

We are heartbroken to report that dual U.S./Israeli citizen – 27 year old Elan Ganeles HY”D from West Hartford CT – has been confirmed as the man who was murdered by a Palestinian terrorist.

Mr. Ganeles was shot to death while driving near the West Bank city of Jericho amid an outbreak of violence between Israelis and Palestinians in the territory.

Terrorists drove up to Mr. Ganeles’ car and shot at him, critically injuring him, and also fired at other cars, according to Israeli reports. No other injuries were reported. According to the Israel Police, the gunmen abandoned their car and set it on fire.
