(VINnews) — Multiple mainstream media outlets promoted the false propaganda narrative of Hamas’ Health Ministry Tuesday, claiming that Israel killed 500 Arabs after bombing a hospital, which has been debunked.

It turns out that the strike was actually caused by a Hamas rocket, and that no hospital facility was even bombed, only a parking lot.
The IDF released evidence proving that the explosion was not caused by Israel and did not even strike the hospital. In fact, pictures of the damage show the facility is intact, and only the cars in the lot appeared to sustain damage.
Israel also released a phone call recording which it intercepted of Hamas terrorists admitting that the explosion was caused by a rocket fired by the Iran-backed Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
U.S. Intelligence later confirmed that it had “satellite and other infrared data showing a launch of a rocket or missile from Palestinian fighter positions within Gaza.”
In addition, President Biden himself admitted that the explosion was caused by the Palestinians, not the Israelis
As reported by Daily Wire, some of the publications that promoted the lies from Hamas included:
Bloomberg News: “Hundreds of Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike that hit a Gaza City hospital, according to officials in the territory, in what would make it the deadliest bombing since Oct. 7.”
AP: “BREAKING: The Gaza Health Ministry says at least 500 people killed in an explosion at a hospital that it says was caused by an Israeli airstrike.”
CNN: “Hundreds killed in Israeli strike on Gaza hospital, Palestinian officials say.”
Reuters: “Hundreds killed in Israeli air strike on Gaza hospital – health authorities.”
BBC: “Hundreds of people have been killed in an Israeli strike on a hospital in Gaza, according to Palestinian officials.”
NYT: “Israeli Strike Kills Hundreds in Hospital, Palestinians Say.”

In addition, antisemites Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar both falsely tweeted that Israel bombed a hospital and murdered patients, and neither has retracted nor deleted those tweets.
Israel just bombed the Baptist Hospital killing 500 Palestinians (doctors, children, patients) just like that. @POTUS this is what happens when you refuse to facilitate a ceasefire & help de-escalate.
Your war and destruction only approach has opened my eyes and many… https://t.co/mZYoifT7bj

“Israel just bombed the Baptist Hospital killing 500 Palestinians (doctors, children, patients) just like that,” Tlaib posted. “@POTUS this is what happens when you refuse to facilitate a ceasefire & help de-escalate. Your war and destruction only approach has opened my eyes and many Palestinian Americans and Muslims (sic) Americans like me. We will remember where you stood.”
Bombing a hospital is among the gravest of war crimes. The IDF reportedly blowing up one of the few places the injured and wounded can seek medical treatment and shelter during a war is horrific.@POTUS needs to push for an immediate ceasefire to end this slaughter. https://t.co/dPJ48dyDe8
