Catz, one of the most prominent Israeli-American executives in the world, made the remarks during her keynote address, where she reaffirmed Oracle’s ongoing commitment to Israel and its people.
“This is not just a political stance — it’s a moral one,” she told attendees. “When terror strikes and innocent lives are in danger, we must stand on the side of truth and human dignity.”
Oracle has backed up its words with action. The tech giant recently donated more than $1 million to Magen David Adom, Israel’s national emergency medical and disaster relief service.
The donation will support frontline efforts to provide medical care, blood services, and emergency response in a country that continues to face existential threats.
Catz, who has led Oracle since 2014, has long been a vocal supporter of Israel. Her latest remarks place her among a small but growing list of major corporate leaders taking a stand in an increasingly polarized global climate.
“Leadership is about values,” Catz said. “And our values are clear: We stand with Israel.”
