Tel Aviv, Israel +Military Plane Plane Scrambled to Escort Incoming Flight from U.S.+ An incoming Continental Airline flight from Newark Airport to Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv with 256 passengers on board, lost communications with the Tel Aviv tower. 2 F-16 military plans were send up to scramble the plane which is over water.
