NEW YORK (VINnews) — Hilary Clinton is doing her best to avoid getting served with Tulsi Gabbard’s defamation lawsuit, according to a report by The Post.

Democratic presidential nominee filed a $50 million lawsuit against Hilary Clinton for defamation, after Clinton called her a “russian assett.” Clinton refused to take back her words.
According to Gabbard’s attorney, Clinton has already twice ducked attempts by a process server to deliver the lawsuite.
The first time, the server attempted to reach Clinton at their home in Chappaqua, NY on Tuesday afternoon, only to be turned away by seceret service agents.
The seceret service agents instead directed the server to drop off the papers at the office of David Kendall, Clinton’s lawyer. This proved to be futile as well, as Kendall claimed he was unable to accept it on Clinton’s behalf.
“I find it rather unbelievable that Hillary Clinton is so intimidated by Tulsi Gabbard that she won’t accept service of process,” Gabbard’s attorney, Brian Dunne, told The Post. “But I guess here we are.”
Dunne said that he and his team are comsidering their next move.
