Rabbi Mazuz: Lapid, Liberman ‘Worse Than Nazis’, Lapid In Response: ‘Nazis Killed My Grandfather’

26

JERUSALEM (VINnews) — Rabbi Meir Mazuz, the head of the Kisei Rachamim yeshiva and a prominent Sephardic rabbi, sharply criticized Foreign Minister Yair Lapid and Finance Minister Liberman for their behavior towards the chareidi community. The rabbi’s words come in the wake of numerous attempts to target chareidim, including budgetary cuts planned which would see 25% of the budgets to yeshivos cut if they do not include a core curriculum of secular studies. These cuts come at the same time as large sums of money are promised to Arab elements in return for their support of the government.

Rabbi Mazuz said that Lapid and Liberman are “worse than Nazis”, since the Nazis did not betray their own nation, while the ministers are betraying members of their own nation in order to join forces with enemies, “they have decided to strangle the avreichim, they want to ruin children, old people and Talmud Torahs.” Rabbi Mazuz added that “in the merit of the Torah you have survived for 2000 years.”

Despite this Rabbi Mazuz stressed that Hashem has done tremendous miracles with us and said that on Jerusalem Day it is “forbidden to say Tachanun.”

Lapid responded to Rabbi Mazuz’s criticism, stating that “the Nazis murdered my grandfather in a concentration camp and tried to murder my father in the ghetto. My only response to your words is that I love all of the People of Israel and wish Rabbi Mazuz a happy Jerusalem Day, a day of unity and love of Israel.”

I love the way they try and come off the Charadim and then pretend to be all into Acdus. These are the worst people in the world. They are the Yivonim who wanted to destroy Torah. They perish forever.

I have even more contempt for Lieberman than Rabbi Mazuz does. Having said that, he ought to rethink his rhetoric.

Well , the rabbi walked it back claiming he was ” misunderstood.” The damage was done as seen here by the medina haters who keep using that word like venomous rats.

I agree that the Zionist are worse than Nazis but not for the reason Rabbi Mazuz said.

The Gemoro says that making someone sin is worse than physically killing someone.

Since Herzl and his Ilk’s came up with the Zionistic ideology Millions of Jews became full fledge Goyim all in the name that Zionism and a Jewish state is above the Torah.

As far as the “Pesak” of Rabbi Mazuz not to say Tachanun on Jerusalem day, pure Am Haratzoes(Illiteracy).

The contrary it is a very sad day that the Kosel went into the Zionist hands through war where thousands of Jews were killed.
ONE Jewish life is more worth than getting back the Kosel!

Isn’t “Mazuz” an Arab name. I bet he is a spy for them, dressed as a Charedi Rabbi. We got to be diligent and keep one eye on him all the time.

Meir Mazuz is now eligible to stand in the streets and scream ‘NAZIS” at the Jewish solders. He is no better than Neturei Karta, as anything not going his way the most vile comments come out.

Meir Mazuz owes an apology to every single Holocaust survivor, and their children.
