Last week, Culture and Sport minister Chili Tropper visited Kleinerman’s parents and asked them what could be done. They requested that the army be involved in the search efforts. Tropper referred the request to Gantz and received the authorization to deploy the special units of the IDF.

Kleinerman’s parents said that “we received a positive update from Chili Tropper, who met with us last week, referred to the defence minister and received authorization to activate the IDF special units. For the first time, we see a minister in Israel’s government use all of his resources and act without political interest and from a pure heart to find our loved one Moishy. Tropper promised to do what he could and fulfilled his promise. We wish to thank ministers Chili Tropper and Benny Gantz for mobilizing and of course to Israeli police for their continued efforts, different types of investigations and constant updates.”

The parents added that “we continue to be touched by all of the tefillos, support and love which the Jewish people in Israel and worldwide are giving us. Moishy has become the child of all of us and we hope and pray for his speedy location so that we can celebrate the Bar Mitzvah of our youngest son Shlomo together with Moishy. We await good news.”

Police have released all suspects detained in connection with Kleinerman’s disappearance.

This is so sad! I wish we can trust the authorities there. It doesn’t seen that they’re trying to find him.
