Border Police officers, IDF soldiers and Jerusalem police sealed off the home, in the A-Tur neighborhood in eastern Jerusalem. The terrorist’s home was raided on the night of the attack by police and security forces, who evacuated its occupants and arrested over forty of the terrorist’s relatives living in the neighborhood.

The sealing of all the openings of the home was carried out early Sunday morning after the necessary approvals were received and at the instruction of the political level. The sealing is a prior step to demolishing the home, which will require court approval and is usually a more complex procedure which takes longer to implement.

The operational activity ended early in the morning without any unusual activities, and the terrorist’s home was evacuated and sealed.
