VERMONT (VINnews) — Ben & Jerry’s, the woke ice-cream company that infamously supports the antisemitic BDS movement, is getting slammed on Twitter, after calling for the USA to return its land to the Native Americans.

In a July 4th message, the company called for the return of “stolen indigenous land”, pointing to Mount Rushmore as the place to start.
“This 4th of July, it’s high time we recognize that the US exists on stolen Indigenous land and commit to returning it,” the company tweeted.

The ice cream company said on its website that the parades, barbecues and fireworks, displays typical of the holiday, can “distract” from the “essential truth” of the birth of the United States — that it was founded by taking land from Indigenous populations.

In 2021 the company faced very damaging boycotts from consumers after announcing they would no longer sell ice cream in Israel’s “Occupied Palestinian Territory.”
They have long been known for taking up extreme leftist political causes, including support of the “Black Lives Matter” movement, among other polarizing issues.
They also stole the cow’s milk to make their ice cream. Good place to start there.
So why are they selling their dreck in this stolen land? Shouldn’t they refrain from doing business here, same as they do in Israel?
