(VINnews) — The “missing witness” from the Biden corruption scandal, Israeli professor Dr. Gal Luft, has resurfaced in a new video with bombshell allegations against the President.

In the video, obtained by the NY Post, Luft alleges that Joe Biden, soon after his vice presidential term ended, attended a meeting in Washington, DC, with son Hunter and officials from CEFC, the Chinese Energy giant.
He said that CEFC was paying $100,000 a month to Hunter and $65,000 to his uncle Jim, in exchange for use of the Biden name to promote China’s Belt and Road Initiative around the world.
Luft was an adviser to CEFC, a conglomerate with extremely close ties to the Chinese Communist Party. He served alongside Hunter.
CEFC Energy paid Hunter approximately $5 million in 2017 to secure energy deals in the United States, according to the Washington Free Beacon.
“I, who volunteered to inform the US government about a potential security breach and about compromising information about a man vying to be the next president, am now being hunted by the very same people who I informed — and may have to live on the run for the rest of my life on the run …,” Luft said in the video.
“I’m not a Republican. I’m not a Democrat. I have no political motive or agenda … I did it out of deep concern that if the Bidens were to come to power, the country would be facing the same traumatic Russia collusion scandal — only this time with China. Sadly, because of the DOJ’s cover-up, this is exactly what happened …”
The former Israeli Army officer claims he was arrested in Cyprus to prevent him from testifying to the Congress about the Biden family’s alleged corruption.
He also says he provided incriminating evidence to six officials from the FBI and the DOJ in a secret meeting in Brussels in 2019 — but that it was covered up.
VIN News previously reported that Luft vanished from Cyprus in April under mysterious circumstances. He is now living as a fugitive in an undisclosed foreign location.

Apparently this is part of Luft’s defense after going arrested by Interpol on suspicion of arms trafficking to Libya and China.
From Jerusalem Post: “According to Israeli and Cypriot reports, he [Luft] was arrested at the airport as he was boarding a plane back to Israel. Luft is further suspected of conspiracy to commit serious felonies, as well as making false statements and other unspecified offenses he has allegedly committed since 2015.”
Luft dared the DoJ to unseal the indictment. The DoJ called his bluff. Among other things, Luft was acting as an unregistered foreign agent — for China. If you see a pattern here, there is one: Gen. Flynn was acting as an unregistered foreign agent for Turkey.
Another count is that he arranged to broker Iranian oil and falsely market it as Brazilian oil. It shows how much the Bidenhaters have abandoned the interests of the Jewish people that they now defend someone who was working for China and Iran.
Another is that he tried to broker an arms deal between China and Libya.
That isn’t all, but you get the gist of it. He is trying to save himself from a really long prison sentence. Hunter Biden isn’t the main guy working with the Chinese Communists it is Luft!
