Given Trump propaganda, and the comments here. I think VIN News should in the future, whenever they write about Trump charges, a disclaimer “Trump was never charged for anything he said”.
He is charged for actions, with his statements sometimes being proof of intention.

Trump is not being charged for challenging the election so he’s being dishonest here (nothing new about that). He’s being charged with trying to overturn the election with fake electors despite his more than 50 challenges being overturned in fifty separate courts.

At the risk of sounding a bit slow, what crime is it to declare an election as being stolen? Even if he is wrong, or even if he intentionally lied (not saying he did, but EVEN if he did)?
Trump announced his run for the White House earlier than any candidate in the past expecting that as a candidate he would be immune to prosecution. Evidently his plan didn’t work.
If we can’t win him we will indict him.
