NEW YORK (VINNews) — Leftist Senator John Fetterman said that fellow Democrat Bob Menendez of New Jersey needs to be expelled from the U.S. Senate.

In reference to the allegedly corrupt Menendez, who has been charged with multiple crimes, Fetterman, of neighboring Pennsylvania, said he’s more of a “Senator from Egypt, not New Jersey.”
Fetterman’s comments on “The View” came following the expulsion of Republican George Santos from the House this week.
Fetterman said that if the corrupt Santos deserves to be kicked out of Congress, Menendez does too, after being charged in a massive foreign bribery scheme.
Santos was expelled in a 311 to 114 vote Friday morning. He has been indicted on 23 counts related to wire fraud, identity theft, falsification of records, credit card fraud, and other charges. He’s been accused of using campaign funds on a number of luxury goods. He has pleaded not guilty. He also falsely claimed to be Jewish.
After being asked about Santos, Fetterman told hosts,, “But to me, I think the more important picture is that we have a colleague in the Senate that has actually did more sinister and serious kinds of things. Senator Menendez. He needs to go!”
He added, “And if you are going to expel Santos, how can you allow somebody like Menendez to remain in the Senate?”
“And you know, Santos’ lies were almost funny, and like he, you know, landed on the moon. That kinda stuff. Whereas, you know, Menendez I think is really a Senator for Egypt, not New Jersey.”
“So I really think he needs to go, and uh, especially it’s kind of strange that if Santos is not allowed to remain in the House, you know, someone like that…” Fetterman said.
According to prosecution charges, since 2018, three businessmen have collectively paid hundreds of thousands of dollars of bribes — including cash, gold, a Mercedes-Benz and other things of value — in exchange for Menendez agreeing to use his power and influence to protect and enrich them and to benefit the government of Egypt.
The Democrat Fetterman has been a staunch supporter of Israel. He has posted pictures of every Israel hostage outside his office, and once taunted pro-Hamas protesters with an Israeli flag.
I don’t know if it’s his mental issue, but dam he is righteous, in particular by his fight against, Hamas, and his support for the State of Israel.
I honestly must say after seeing the way Fetterman was proactive in defense of Israel. I’ve completely changed my opinion of him for the better. He is clearly aware of what he is doing and is doing the right thing.
The vaad of Lakewood keeps voting for this guy. This is not the first time he was accused of serious corruption. But the vaad keeps voting for him. I guess we can draw our own conclusions
My Senator.
