Brooklyn, NY – Officials in New York say Sunday’s 25-car accident on the Gowanus Expressway, as was reported here on Vos Iz Neias, was the end result of cold weather and water sprinklers.

Police said that after area construction crews left a series of sprinklers on overnight, the water they poured onto the expressway froze and ultimately caused the pile-up.
There were only minor injuries. [UPI]
Now this will be a nice lawsuit.
