The incident was the second in two months at the memorial, a permanent art installation overlooking the Pacific Ocean that is owned and maintained by the city’s Arts Commission.

The graffiti had been removed by Tuesday afternoon, according to police. The memorial was defaced with depictions of swastikas inside the Star of David, according to police.
Mayor Gavin Newsom released a statement Tuesday condemning the vandalism.

A suspect in the vandalism, who was seen creating the graffiti, is described as 20 to 30 years old and 6 feet tall. He was wearing a white bandana and carrying a black messenger bag at the time.

The man left the area on foot and then got into a vehicle, police said.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to call police.

Isn’t this Queen Bee Pelosi’s home district? Perhaps she should use some pork money to protect the museum.

Also, SF gives so much money to people – I think the city will pay for your gender reassignment surgery if you are a city employee. They give money away to the homeless, without checking what they spend it on. They are very gay friendly. If everyone is so happy (and funded), how could this happen?
