Israeli Left-Wing Press Villifies Trump As ‘Worse Enemy Of Democracy Than Hitler And Stalin’

JERUSALEM (VINnews) — Although most Israelis embrace President Trump for his staunch support of Israel’s policies and for enabling it to achieve peace with three more Arab nations during his presidency, the left-wing media in Israel is seething with anger. Trump has succeeded in wiping out the raison d’etre of the left by singlehandedly creating the facts on the ground for the Israeli right-wing: recognition of a united Jerusalem and the Golan Heights, ignoring Palestinian and Syrian claims on these territories, isolating and defunding the Palestinian Authority, encouraging Israel to adopt a unilateral annexation in Judea and Samaria and refuting the myth that peace cannot be achieved without the Palestinian question solved.

The media also see Trump as a close ally of Prime Minister Netanyahu, who is demonized by the left-wing in Israel as an unrepentant felon, despite the fact that he has not been convicted by any court. The left, which has not succeeded in wresting power over the past eleven years due to Netanyahu’s continuous presence, is campaigning remorselessly against him in an attempt to dislodge him via popular unrest.

It is in this light that the headline of the Ha’aretz newspaper can be comprehended comparing Trump to Stalin and Hitler. The newspaper feels that Trump has ruined any chance of the left-wing’s ideology being adopted, even if Netanyahu is eventually ousted.

The Ha’aretz newspaper is not alone. Israeli journalist Keren Betzalel, a foreign affairs correspondent on Channel 12, spoke of the “fear that somehow Trump will succeed in stealing these elections.” While this statement is an insult to the American electorate, it is also highly uncharacteristic of a foreign news channel expressing a totally biased view when officially covering an election for local viewers.

This is good. They are finally showing just how crazy and imbecilic they really are.

Before COVID, I worked in NY and took the subway every day. There was a bum whom I saw most days. The guy was certifiably nuts, and said the most outrageous things just to be outrageous. Everyone ignored him, since they knew he was mentally disturbed, unless he got in their faces, and then they moved away.

This is how the public will come to see Haaretz. As the rantings of lunatics. They deserve our pity, and a trip to the asylum.

Although Trump is a very staunch supporter of the “Jewish” state of Israel still i be voting for him.

My vote for Trump is not based on his policies toward Israel.

As far as the Haaretz piece they are going in the footsteps of the founding fathers of Zionism and the state of Israel who were ashiest hating Hashem and the Torah folks like Herzl,Ben Gourion,Weitzman etc etc.

Trump is not at all like Hitler or Stalin.

Trump is very much like Mussolini.
