NEW YORK (VINnews) — In an incredible act of Kiddush Hashem, an Israeli Jew stopped on the Tappan Zee Bridge between Westchester and Rockland County to retrieve a wheel that had fallen off the SUV of a fellow motorist, while it was still rolling away.

The motorist was extremely grateful and hugged the Jew.
Very nice, will see if it makes today’s fake news
bet ny won’t write about this- btw, shapiro and nick how does an uneducated, neanderthal hasid know how to fix a car– just asking
This individual did a real chesed. But why the need for pejoratives? We should do all we can to help avoid internecine hatred. Also a warning to other well-meaning individuals: Getting out of one’s car on bridge can be very dangerous.
Yes, Incredible!
Had I not seen the video, I would never have believed such a thing would happen!
No such thing has ever been done by any human being on this earth — ever!
Absolutely unheard of, other than by yidden, in the entire history of mankind, that one human being would take five minutes to help another human being!
How is this not front page news and the lead story on every media outlet int he world, m’Hodu v’ad Kush?
An “incredible kiddush Hashem” is a busy working guy who takes the time to learn after a long day at work.
This, however, might or might not be a kiddush Hashem, but real Judaism/halacha likely would consider it “darkei shalom” overriding “lo sichanem”.
Very nice.
Great guy
I met him today in the morning in Krula shul
Sorry, hard at work,
You were being sarcastic. My apologies
Warms my heart. Proud to be yid.
Don’t try this. What he did was very dangerous. He meant well, but it might have ended very badly.
I’m sick and ‘tire’d (pun intended) of all the negative comments. If the opportunity arises that we could help out another human being -no less a member from half a Jewish family (he said his wife is Jewish) in an effort to build ‘bridges’ (pun intended) with other communities we should go for it ..
I don’t know if this is a Kiddish hashem or not. But one thing I do know is that If this non jew sees some silly article in the NY Tuma tomorrow about frum yidden This encounter will perhaps make him think differently about us.
We need to make another Yom Tov for this great day
Why did the owner of the wheel feel the need to say that “my wife is Jewish”?
We Yidden help any human being in need. What difference does it make whether his mother was born to a Jew or to a Non-Jew. The only difference is that Non-Jews have 7 commandments and not 613; so what?
Why must one video themselves doing everything? So vain?
So wholesome!
In Australia, driving and holding a mobile phone is a $600 penalty. Stopping in a bridge would also be illegal, although the tyre in the middle of a lane is dangerous. Maybe he has a YouTube account for vlogging.
kiddush HaShem
how dare a news site write an article! and a nice one, too!
Shame!
These commenters need such major brain surgery, and one quick broomstick removal.
“When a Jew gets a flat – ‘sell the car’.
When a Gentile gets a flat – everyone gets out their tools, its a Yom Tov!”
